Gertrude is an administrator with over 18 years of experience in organisational development, human resource management and project management. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Masters in Development Studies, Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management and a Certificate in Leadership and Management in Global Health. Gertrude has provided leadership and coordination while working in different capacities and has contributed to the design, planning and delivery of people and organisational strategies, supported change management initiatives, and guided allocating of resources. She has supported the organisational strategic and operational plans, particularly in Operations and Finance, which has led to continuous organisational performance improvement. She has led the development of programs that build human capital and a strong employee development culture. She has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in project planning and management, financial management, administration, resource mobilisation, grant management, and the development of institutional policies and manuals.
