Nagalaale Foundation is developing a community-led tourism and hospitality ecosystem that celebrates local culture, protects the environment, and creates jobs. Through rural hospitality, heritage trails, agritourism, and cultural experiences, we aim to transform Kayini Parish into a model of sustainable community tourism.
How we aim to achieve this
- Nagalaale Country House – a social-enterprise hospitality hub offering skills training and employment.
- Heritage & Cultural Trails showcasing stories, sacred sites, crafts, food, and rural life.
- Agritourism at the Demonstration Farm including farm tours, agroforestry, and climate-smart farming.
- Youth-led Tourism Experiences such as guided walks and storytelling.
- Community Infrastructure including a community museum and a local tours & travel enterprise.
