Nagalaale Foundation Community Investments
Over the next six years, Nagalaale Foundation will implement transformative community investments built around three core pillars—Community Tourism, Community Skilling, and Community Health & Well-Being. These pillars reflect our commitment to empowering communities through culture, knowledge, and improved health outcomes, while strengthening the social and economic fabric of Kayini, Kyaggwe, Bugerere, and surrounding areas.
1. Community Tourism
The Community Tourism Pillar promotes community-led, culturally grounded tourism that celebrates local heritage while generating inclusive economic opportunities. Working closely with community leaders, cultural institutions, CBOs, CSOs, local governments, and the private sector, the foundation is shaping Kayini, Kyaggwe, and Bugerere into vibrant cultural tourism destinations.
