Dr. Moses Mulumba
Founder
Dr. Moses Mulumba is a renowned human rights lawyer, advocate of the High Court of Uganda, academic, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He is the founder and Executive Director of the Center for Health, Human Rights and Development (CEHURD) and the Director General of Afya na Haki (AHAKI). These organizations champion social justice in health and Africentrism in addressing Africa’s sexual and reproductive health challenges.
Dr. Mulumba has lectured at Uganda Christian University and served in various advisory and board roles, including with the National Drug Authority (NDA) and the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW). His expertise spans health law, intellectual property rights, international human rights, global health, and rural development.
Nagalaale Foundation is the latest platform through which Dr. Mulumba advances his commitment to improving rural community well-being and development in Uganda and Africa.

a Community Lead at Nagalaale Foundation, Katusiime leverages over 12 years of specialized experience in clinical psychology and social development to bridge the gap between institutional strategy and community impact. At the heart of Nagalaale’s integrated five-pillar model, Katusiime ensures that every initiative is inherently community-driven and inclusive.
Katusiime is a seasoned expert in Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) programming, a skill set honed through extensive work with USAID-funded initiatives. Her leadership is defined by a holistic approach to community well-being, encompassing: Human-Centric Mobilization: Leading engagement strategies that empower youth, women, and vulnerable households, Specialized Psychosocial Care: Providing critical counseling and support systems, with a dedicated focus on adolescent mental health. Systems Integration: Strengthening the vital referral pathways between education, health, and livelihood programs to ensure seamless beneficiary support. Impact Storytelling: Bridging the gap between raw data collection and the human narratives that define the Foundation’s success.

Fatna is a digital communications strategist focused on amplifying reproductive justice and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) in the digital space. She works across social media, content strategy, media engagement, and brand storytelling, supporting organisations to strengthen their visibility while advancing social impact.
She holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and Communication Management. She continues to refine her voice and expertise, with a strong interest in growing her craft and exploring new opportunities in digital communications.

Kamoga Ali is a seasoned professional dedicated to improving the wellbeing and quality of life within communities. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kampala International University, Kamoga's career spans over a decade, characterized by diverse roles and rich experiences.
With an extensive background as a project coordinator, teacher, and administrator for 8 years, Kamoga brings a profound understanding of community dynamics and the intricacies of project management to his role as Team Leader at Nagalaale Foundation. His multifaceted experience has equipped him with the skills to navigate complex challenges and drive impactful change.
He supports our operational teams with all aspects of the day-to-day management of the service and line management of team colleagues. He ensures that the team is working effectively with the community and that performance targets are kept on track.
Bashir Mutebi

Mutebi Bashir is a seasoned IT professional with over 10 years of experience in the field. He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology, a Bachelor of Business Computing, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. Currently, he is pursuing his doctoral studies in Information Technology.
As Head of IT at Nagalaale Foundation, Mutebi oversees the implementation and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure. He leverages his technical expertise and strategic vision to support the foundation's mission of catalyzing community-led initiatives aimed at uplifting livelihood standards.
In addition to his role at Nagalaale Foundation, Mutebi teaches at Makerere University Business School and Makerere University, where he imparts his extensive knowledge to the next generation of IT professionals and consults for organizations like Ministry of ICT and National Governance, Q-Sourcing, and Greenberry.

With expertise in client relationship management, finance, IT, M&E, and research, Matthew has worked across the non-profit and banking sectors in Uganda and South Sudan.
Matthew's strong leadership and results-oriented approach have consistently driven success in finance, administration, banking, M&E, sales, customer service, and research. His passion for excellence and empowering others, combined with his commitment to continuous improvement, makes him a valuable asset to our team, ensuring our foundation's initiatives are executed with precision and impact.
